When will I receive my exchange?
Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the hair extensions have been returned in original condition with your Warranty Seal in tact , Kiki will contact you to finalise your exchange.
We do like to pre-organise all exchanges before sending them back. Please contact Kiki info@kikihair.com.au to organise your exchange.
Providing your replacement set is in stock this process will take 1-2 business days once received. We will then dispatch your new set and provide you with the appropriate tracking details.
