RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Kiki Hair Extensions accepts exchanges as we know selecting the perfect shade can be hard. For all exchanges, the warranty seal (zip-tie) must still be intact; and the hair extensions must not have been worn or altered from their original condition or packaging in any way. 

You can remove your Kiki Extensions form their satchel & hair net to check the colour underneath / beside your natural hair to confirm the perfect shade. 

If the Hair Extensions are too light for you, you can exchange or colour/tone the extensions darker to match. We do recommend having a professional do this for you.

If the Hair Extensions are too dark for you, we never recommend lighting / bleaching the extensions so highly suggest contacting Kiki HQ to organise your exchange. 

All exchanges must be accompanied by the returns form in order for the team to process your request. Kiki can only accept an exchange within 30 days from dispatch date. Please contact Kiki immodestly if you require an exchange.

All exchanges are associated with a $10 exchange fee for shipping & administration fees. This is payable via PayPal or card.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns and/ or refunds are not accepted, unless in the case of a faulty product - in this rare case a full store credit or replacement will be provided only. 
  • Please contact HQ for a new exchange/returns form 
  • Goods may be returned if found to be damaged/faulty, Kiki Hair Extensions should be advised immediately if goods are believed to be faulty. You must contact Kiki Hair via email info@kikihair.com.au within 30 days from dispatch date. 
  • All products must be returned in original condition and packaging with warranty seal (zip tie) in tact. Kiki has the right to deny any exchanges that have not been returned in original condition due to Health & Safety Legislation. 
  • Any item incorrectly returned as being faulty to Kiki Hair Extensions will incur a $10.00 Service Fee-Associated delivery costs will also apply. 
  • The return of hair extensions is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is recommended to return using a tracking system as Kiki Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
  • If products are found to be faulty a full credit will be given - No refunds.
