Exchange & Return Policy


At KiKi Hair Extensions, we want you to love your hair. If your selected shade or product is not the perfect match, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges and returns within 60 days from the dispatch date.

To be eligible, all items must:
• Be in original condition
• Be unworn, unused and unaltered
• Be returned in original packaging
• Have the Warranty Tag (Zip-tie) fully intact and not removed

You may carefully remove the extensions from the hair net to compare the colour against your natural hair. Please match the extensions to the ends of your hair before deciding.

Once the Warranty Tag (Zip-tie) has been removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for exchange or return.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A selfie or photo of your hair (Optional)
• Confirmation that the Warranty Tag remains intact

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will contact you to finalise your exchange.

First Exchange Shipping

Your first exchange shipping is complimentary for domestic Australian orders.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible change-of-mind returns that comply with this policy.

Please note:
• Original payment processing fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately at info@kikihair.com.au with order details.

KiKi Hair Extensions reserves the right to inspect all claimed faulty items before determining whether a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

KiKi will issue a tracked return shipping label after you contact us. Customers are welcome to arranging return postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KiKi Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen return parcels.

Incorrect Returns

Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender.
A handling and return shipping fee may apply:
• Domestic parcels: from $10 AUD
• International parcels: from $10–25 AUD
