TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. CONDITION OF SALE:
- We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that we are out of a particular product you have selected, you will be contacted with the expected ETA and your purchase will be placed on back order for 2-3 weeks. You will then be shipped your order as soon as it arrives at HQ.
- We do our best to despatch orders received before 1pm sent out the same day. While this is not always possible, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and despatched. Please contact Kiki HQ on 1300 545 442 for exact ETA prior to purchasing.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please request photos or complete a FREE Colour Match for your perfect shade.
- Kiki Hair Extensions does not recommend any one particular 'system' of attachment. We require that the person using our products follows an internationally recognised professional application method and be professionally trained in that method keeping up-to-date with any procedural changes which may arise.
- If you do not wish to pay for this item do not proceed to purchase it. Once you have selected to purchase from Kiki Hair Extensions, you are obligated by these terms and conditions to pay for it. Customers who fail to pay within 14 days, personal details will be forwarded onto our collection department and will be contacted by a debt collector to finalise your payment. You will also be liable for any fees or charges that may occur in recovering your payment.
- No responsibility will be taken by the supplier for incorrect colouring/cutting/toning.
- We offer a $10 flat rate shipping charge for all deliveries within Australia. We use the Australia Post Express Post service. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For all international orders, we charge a flat fee of AUD $25 and delivery should be received with 2-7 business days.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated or the product/service is exempt.
- If your parcel does not arrive within the outlined times highlighted above, please contact us and our friendly team will assist to track your order.
- Any shipment or Australia Post delays are beyond our control, please ensure you are ordering well ahead of time prior to your event if your order is needed for a specific event or date.
2. PRODUCT WARRANTY:
- All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks before removing your Warranty seal. Once Warranty seal is removed we cannot accept your return/exchange
- Please wash and check the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the wearer and BEFORE the bands are removed.
- We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new wearer, or if the hair has been removed from the bands. Kiki Hair Extensions are only guaranteed if applied using Kiki Hair Extensions Wax/Beads/Tubes and application tools.
- From time to time there may be variations in colour baths which are beyond our control - Please check and return if unhappy. Wavy Hair - Due to the perming solution sometimes the colour is slightly different- Please check and return if unhappy.
- Kiki Hair Extensions strongly urges the purchaser not to Dye, Perm, Excessive Blow-drying or using products in or around the hair extensions that contain any form of protein or alcohol.
- Kiki is not responsible for any damages to the product due to improper application or techniques used. If you experience a quality issue/concern with your Tape or Weft Extensions, this may be application related.
- Kiki is not responsible for any damages caused to your natural hair. Please ensure you are only having a qualified professional apply your Tape or Weft Extensions.
- We do not accept liability for wear & tear issues - if you have any quality issues or concerns please contact Kiki BEFORE wearing your extensions or within 30 days from delivery date. We will not accept liability for wear & tear issues after this timeframe, or with no contact from you with concerns before wearing extensions.
3. COLOUR AND TONING
As we use Remy Human Hair you can dye and tone your hair extensions darker as this will not damage the hair - If you want to do this we recommend visiting a hair salon and/or having a qualified professional dye your extensions, and testing one weft prior to dying/toning an entire set.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not perm.
- Only use semi permanent colours - apply to damp hair.
- Always carry out a test patch on a single hair extension strand to ensure the colour is suitable.
- This is to be performed at your own risk - we always recommend having a qualified professional do this for you.
- Toning and dying hair can increase the risk of dryness, tangling, matting, & breakage. This may also decrease the expected lifespan of the extensions. As this is considered a potentially harmful modification of the extension, all product guarantees and warranties are not valid.
4. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIESBy using this Website, You understand and agree that all Goods and Materials we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to You that:
- The use of our Goods and Materials will meet your needs or requirements.
- The use of our Materials will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
- The information obtained by using our Materials will be accurate or reliable, and
- Any defects in the operation or functionality of any Materials we provide will be repaired or corrected.
- Furthermore, You understand and agree that:
- any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Materials is done at your own discretion and risk, and that You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
- No information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by You from Kiki or through any Materials we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent not covered under the applicable product warranty, Kiki expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, whether related to use of this website or Kiki products or services, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Kiki or through any Kiki product or service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
- Kiki does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the service or any hyperlinked website or service, and Kiki will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between You and third-party providers of products or services.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount You paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Kiki will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by You as a result of using our Materials, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
When a business accepts your payment for products or services they must supply them to you within the timeframe they have indicated or if no time was specified, within a reasonable time. If your item is out of stock, and coming in a new shipment it will be sent within 2-3 weeks from order date.
7. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS:
Any international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the parcel may encounter in your country are unfortunately beyond our control. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any) before purchasing. Kiki Hair Extensions are unfortunately are not liable for these fees, and these charges vary greatly from country to country.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- Returns and/ or refunds are not accepted, unless in the case of a faulty product - in this rare case a full store credit or replacement will be provided only.
- You can find our returns form on our Shipping page.
- Goods may be returned if found to be damaged/faulty, Kiki Hair Extensions should be advised immediately if goods are believed to be faulty. You must contact Kiki Hair via email email@example.com within 30 days from despatch date.
- Any item incorrectly returned as being faulty to Kiki Hair Extensions will incur a $20.00 Service Fee-Associated delivery costs will also apply.
- All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- The return of hair extensions is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is recommended to return using a tracking system as Kiki Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
- If products are found to be faulty a full credit will be given - No refunds.

While we do our absolute best to ensure all description, specifics and colours are accurately displayed, some inaccuracies may rarely occur.
