Once your order leaves HQ, any shipping delays are unfortunately beyond our control and your order can not be cancelled. Please check links for your estimated delivery time before placing your order. 

It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure the correct delivery address is nominated at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, you must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Kiki will not accept any liability for lost parcels due to incorrectly nominated addresses and will not replace items. If an item is marked as delivered, unfortunately Kiki will not be held liable for any stolen parcels from the nominated address under any circumstances. All tracking updates are final and any missing packages will be investigated by Aus Post and Kiki Hair. If your item is stolen, you will need to file a Police Report and contact Kiki with your PRN. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for Kiki Head Office to dispatch your order due to limitations and restrictions with shipments. If we cannot send your order within this provide timeframe, your order will be cancelled & refunded. 1. CONDITION OF SALE:

  • We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that your item is currently on its way in a new shipment, you will be contacted with the expected ETA and options available. 
  • We do our best to dispatch orders received before 1pm Monday-Fridays on the same business day. While this is not always possible, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please contact Kiki Customer Service or via IG @kikihairextensions for exact ETA prior to purchasing.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please contact Kiki for your FREE COLOUR MATCH or email / Instagram your selfie. This way we can ensure as colour matching experts, we can get your perfect shade to you the first time! 
  • Kiki Hair Extensions does not recommend any one particular 'system' of attachment. We require that the person using our products follows an internationally recognised professional application method and be professionally trained in that method keeping up-to-date with any procedural changes which may arise.
  • If you do not wish to pay for this item do not proceed to purchase it. Once you have selected to purchase from Kiki Hair Extensions, you are obligated by these terms and conditions to pay for it. Customers who fail to pay within 14 days, personal details will be forwarded onto our collection department and will be contacted by a debt collector to finalise your payment. You will also be liable for any fees or charges that may occur in recovering your payment.
  • No responsibility will be taken by the supplier for incorrect colouring/cutting/toning/application/purple shampoo
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated or the product/service is exempt.
  • If your parcel does not arrive within the outlined times highlighted above, please contact us and our friendly team will assist to track your order.
  • Any shipment or Australia Post delays are beyond our control, please ensure you are ordering well ahead of time prior to your event if your order is needed for a specific event or date. 
  • Unfortunately, mistakes can be made - as we are only human. If you have been sent an incorrect item, please ensure the Warranty Seal is in-tact, and to please contact Kiki to rectify / replace. If you are unsure, contact Kiki immediately, or you can remove the extensions from their hair net however you must keep your warranty seal (zip-tie) in tact for Kiki to rectify this. Mistakes rarely happen in HQ, however as we are only human, we do ask for your understanding and patience while we rectify any incorrect items sent. 

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY:

  • Before Installing/Applying your Kiki Extensions - please take a photo of your Extensions for any Warranty & Guarantee purposes. Once your Kiki Extensions are applied, please take a photo immediately after. Kiki can only guarantee any replacements for any quality concerns if this has been completed by you. It is your responsibility to do this, not your hair dresser.
  • All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks before removing your Warranty seal (zip-tie). Please check that you are happy with the colour & quality satisfaction before removing your Warranty Seal. Once your Warranty Seal is removed Kiki will not be able to accept an exchange. 
  • We do not accept exchanges after the hair has been applied to the new wearer, or if the warranty seal has been removed. 
  • From time to time there may be variations in colour baths which are beyond our control - Please check, keeping warranty seal in tact, and return if unhappy for an exchange or store credit. 
  • Kiki Hair Extensions strongly urges the purchaser not to Tone, Dye, Perm, Excessive Blow-drying or using products in or around the hair extensions that contain any form of protein or alcohol. 
  • Kiki is not responsible for any damages to the extensions due to improper application or techniques used.  If you experience a quality issue/concern with your Tape or Weft Extensions, this may be application related.
  • Kiki will not accept any damages caused by Toner, Purple Shampoo, or Fanola products as these will dry your extensions out with each use.  
  • Toning and dying hair can increase the risk of dryness, tangling, matting, & breakage. This may also decrease the expected lifespan of the extensions. 
  • Avoid all Products that contain Protein. As this is considered a very harmful modification of the extension, all product guarantees and warranties are not valid when any protein products, toners or purple shampoo is used. 
  • Kiki is not responsible for any damages caused to your natural hair. Please ensure you are only having a qualified professional apply your Tape or Weft Extensions. 
  • We do not accept liability for wear & tear issues - if you have any quality issues or concerns please contact Kiki BEFORE wearing your extensions  or within 30 days from delivery date. We will not accept liability for wear & tear issues after this timeframe, or with no contact from you with concerns before wearing extensions. 
  • Your Tape & Weft Extensions will last 3-6+ months with the proper care, longer for colder environments. Unfortunately the severe heat & humidity in different parts of Australia can affect the long-lasting life of your extensions and we recommend daily and weekly hydration /moisture in your extensions (Absolutely NO PROTEIN), and additional hydration treatments (again do not use protein). Semi-Permanent Hair Extensions require high daily maintenance & styling. If you are not someone who likes to style and maintain your hair daily then we suggest going with Temporary Extensions like Clip Ins, Halo or Ponytails which require less maintenance. 
  • Your Temporary Hair Extensions like Clips, Halo and Ponytails will last 12-24+ months with the proper care and maintenance. 

3. COLOUR AND TONING 

As we use Remy Human Hair you can dye and tone your hair extensions darker as this will not damage the hair - If you want to do this we recommend visiting a hair salon and/or having a qualified professional dye your extensions, and testing one weft prior to dying/toning an entire set. 

  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not perm.
  • Do not use ANY protein products
  • Do not tone/purple shampoo without qualified professional or directly applying toner/shampoo to the extensions. We only recommend toning extensions darker, not lighter as this will dry your extensions.  
  • Only use semi permanent colours - apply to damp hair.
  • Always carry out a test patch on a single hair extension strand to ensure the colour is suitable.
  • This is to be performed at your own risk - we always recommend having a qualified professional do this for you. 
  • Toning and dying hair can increase the risk of dryness, tangling, matting, & breakage. This may also decrease the expected lifespan of the extensions. As this is considered a potentially harmful modification of the extension, all product guarantees and warranties are not valid. 

4. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES 

By using this Website, You understand and agree that all Goods and Materials we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to You that:
  1. The use of our Goods and Materials will meet your needs or requirements.
  2. The use of our Materials will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
  3. The information obtained by using our Materials will be accurate or reliable, and
  4. Any defects in the operation or functionality of any Materials we provide will be repaired or corrected. 
  5. Furthermore, You understand and agree that:
  6. any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Materials is done at your own discretion and risk, and that You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
  7. No information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by You from Kiki or through any Materials we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.
  8. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent not covered under the applicable product warranty, Kiki expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, whether related to use of this website or Kiki products or services, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Kiki or through any Kiki product or service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
  9. Kiki does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the service or any hyperlinked website or service, and Kiki will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between You and third-party providers of products or services.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount You paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Kiki will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by You as a result of using our Materials, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

6. ACC:

When a business accepts your payment for products or services they must supply them to you within the timeframe they have indicated or if no time was specified, within a reasonable time. If your item is out of stock, and coming in a new shipment it will be sent within 2-3 weeks from order date. 

7. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS:

Any international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the parcel may encounter in your country are unfortunately beyond our control. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any) before purchasing. Kiki Hair Extensions are unfortunately are not liable for these fees, and these charges vary greatly from country to country.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We are happy to accept your exchange as we know selecting the perfect colour can be hard. For all exchanges, the warranty seal (zip-tie) must still be intact; and the hair extensions must not have been worn or altered from their original condition or packaging in any way. 
We can exchange your extensions for an alternative shade, method, set or provide you with a store credit. Unfortunately we do provide refunds. If you are not happy with this, please do not proceed to purchase.
