SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Once your order leaves HQ, any shipping delays are unfortunately beyond our control and your order can not be cancelled. Please check links for your estimated delivery time before placing your order. 

It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure the correct delivery address is nominated at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, you must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Kiki will not accept any liability for lost parcels due to incorrectly nominated addresses and will not replace items. If you incorrectly place your address, please contact Kiki Immediately via IG @kikihairextensions or email Customer Service here

If an item is marked as delivered, unfortunately Kiki will not be held liable for any stolen parcels from the nominated address under any circumstances. All tracking updates are final and any missing packages will be investigated by Aus Post and Kiki Hair. If your item is stolen, you will need to file a Police Report and contact Kiki with your PRN. 

All items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

Some items are pre-order and will be dispatched within the advised timeframe  We will not be able to cancel your order if your item will be ready & sent within 5 business days.  Please contact Kiki Customer Service before placing your order to check your item is in stock.

We offer Standard & Express shipping on all Australian orders , with or without signature on delivery 💖

  • Standard Shipping NO signature $9.99
  • Standard Shipping with YES signature $12.99
  • Express Shipping NO signature $12.00
  • Express Shipping with YES signature $15.00
Express post usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive, however this cannot be guaranteed currently.  

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day, placed before 1pm. Or the next business day placed after 1pm.

Please allow up to 5 business days for kiki to process and dispatch your order if it is currently on its way in Kiki’s newest shipment.  

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS:

All orders in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We offer Standard and Express shipping worldwide. Costs vary depending on your Country. Please check at checkout.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery Please contact Kiki Customer Service and we will assist in tracking your order.
