Returns and Exchanges

Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the hair extensions were not opened we will begin processing your exchange. Providing your replacement set is in stock this process will take 1-2 business days once received. We will then dispatch your new set and provide you with the appropriate tracking details. 
Human hair extensions are classified as a hygienic product by law. We understand the importance of hygiene and public safety and do not allow exchanges on opened products for this reason.

When we dispatch your order we provide tracking information, if this information identifies that your item has been delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers and they will investigate on your behalf.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for lost packages where the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.

For Kiki HQ to accept your exchange:
  • The warranty seal must still be intact; the hair extensions must be in their original condition and have not been worn or altered in any way. 

All returns and/or exchanges must be returned within 30 days from despatch. Please email the Kiki Team at info@kikihairextensions.com.au within this timeframe for HQ to organise your exchange.

There is a $30 fee associated with your exchange so please ensure you are selecting the right colour, or contact Kiki HQ on 1300 545 442 to determine your perfect shade before your order is sent out. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.

We are happy to accept your exchange, as we know selecting the perfect colour can be hard. For all exchanges, the warranty seal must still be intact; and the hair extensions must not have been worn, removed from packaging, or altered in any way. 


All exchanges must be accompanied by the returns form in order for the team to process your request. All returns and/or exchanges must be returned within 30 days from dispatch. You must email Kiki Hair at info@kikihairextensions.com.au within this timeframe for Kiki Hair to accept you exchange.
