Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to get your Hair Extensions and Hair Accessories ordered before 1pm sent out the same day. However, this is not always possible so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, with orders being shipped out Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and link. In some cases, orders may be delayed which is usually a result of a late stock delivery, in this case you will receive an email notifying you of the delay and offering an alternate solution. 

Yes, customers can pick up their orders from one of our salons located in Brisbane and Melbourne. This option can be selected at checkout, if you have any questions please email us at info@kikihairextensions.com.au 
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number which you can track on the Australia Post website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
Yes, we currently offer free international shipping on orders over $100 or a flat rate fee of $25 for all orders under $100. International orders should take approximately 8 to 10 business days to arrive. 

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $100, which takes approximately 4 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location. For all orders under $100 we offer standard shipping for $7. We also offer Express post for $10, which can be selected at the checkout and will take 1 to 2 business days to arrive.
